when i should have been watching the superbowl...

This is my new favorite thing on youtube. now i'm not one of those people who lurk there looking up videos of cats eating spaghetti, and i found this there after seeing it on tv.

so to set up this clip:

Superbowl sunday, meg and i were channel surfing to avoid football, and we were accosted by the aforementioned poptart on the latin mtv video music awards (yes, i'd rather watch spanish language programming than sports-particularly if it was all as good as this) she finished her song, in a state of undress that is a prerequisite for her profession, and procedes to bellyflop into a 5 tier pink frosted cake. (and that's just the set-up) she throws frosting, picks a play fight with the mariachi guitar player and falls to the floor, where she spends the better part of a minute flopping around like a newborn fawn trying to stand for the first time. it is hilarious. its got sexy, cake, a mariachi, pratfalls, i ask you, what else you could possibly want in your entertainment, oh, and a valuable social message for the kids "DON'T JUMP INTO CAKES"

well, almost a month has passed and the doldrums are a fading memory. In the meantime, i had a nice weekend in santa barbara with meg, a solid 3 days in hanford visiting my new niece, and the rest of the family, a few days of work and then two weeks ago i went back to school. now i am up to my neck in physics and ochem. but thats okay.

new haircut, i like it! so much so that i even put some junk in it. still a month and a half from shaving weather


i put new handlbars on my bike, i like the riding position much better, more relaxed, and narrower
