so what is the point of having an overwhelmingly customizable car if you don't make it your own?! so today i did just that. i put in LEDs in the footwells, (and eventually in the trunk) it is a pretty cheap trick, and good old fashioned fun with electricity. it was pretty easy to get in and on, but to make it work exactly right and look clean tripled the time. it is dual controlled, they come on when the door is opened/unlocked, and they are switched so that when the door is closed they can be turned on for mood lighting/cruisin' etc. that took the longest time. it has 7 colors, strobe and fade options, but i like the green.
SPOOKY!

Green's good...but let's see the other colors! You crazy guy!
love, mom
Pimp that ride!! Are you gonna make it hop? Midget
the hop will come, but first i want to put a 42 inch plasma tv that drops down from the ceiling, and enough wings and spoilers to make it fly. can you say "gas powered fireplace in the trunk?".
Do you work on the car at the cemetary, at night, because it's out of the way and quiet? M
no, it has no street lights, the better to see my illumination. the photo was staged. all technical work was done in broad daylight in the carport.
Hey on the first pic, how did you get the N & M highlighted so well?
Mom
Good eye mom, even I didn't catch that.
C
thank you for assuming i am that talented, but alas it was mere good fortune. (i hadn't seen it either)
Had it been planned, the M would be on top
